2. Marketplace Role
Expiringsoon is a technology-enabled marketplace and is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, distributor, owner, warehouse operator, or merchant of record for products listed by independent vendors on the Platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
Expiringsoon Does Not:
- Own inventory listed by vendors.
- Manufacture products.

Direct Transactions
All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and vendors, with vendors remaining solely responsible for product ownership, product descriptions, regulatory compliance, product quality, pricing, fulfillment, warranties, and customer service obligations.
3. Near-Expiry Product Disclosure
The Platform specializes in facilitating the sale of products that may be approaching their manufacturer-designated expiration date, best-before date, use-by date, recommended consumption date, or similar date markings. Products listed on Expiringsoon may have varying remaining shelf-life periods, including products with less than six (6) months remaining before expiration.

Responsibility for product compliance remains exclusively with the vendor.
